The Willow Harmony Signature Elopement Ceremony offers a simple and sacred way to begin your marriage, rooted in divine love and beauty.
Elopement ceremonies are held across Beautiful New England — Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut; travel is included. Offered year-round on Saturdays and Sundays, with ceremonies offered in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Please learn more below.

All Transformational Mentorship sessions are held online via Zoom. Sessions are available from Monday — Thursday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 pm EST.

Elopement Ceremony Policies
Ceremony Location Selection
Ceremonies are held across beautiful New England, including Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Connecticut. At booking, you will include the name and/or address of your selected ceremony location. You are encouraged to visit your location in advance to ensure it meets your expectations and to plan exactly where you would like the ceremony to be held.
Ceremony Time Selection
During booking, you will reserve your ceremony time window (morning, afternoon, or evening) and request your preferred start time within that window. Willow is able to accommodate the requested start time for nearly all ceremonies. However, depending on your specific ceremony location and travel logistics throughout New England, your start time may need to shift slightly earlier or later within your reserved time window. If an adjustment is needed, Willow will communicate with you shortly after submitting your booking.
Marriage License
You are responsible for obtaining your marriage license in the state that the ceremony will be held, and bringing it to the ceremony. Willow is responsible for filing the license with the state following the ceremony.
Permits
You are responsible for checking and obtaining any necessary permits on any public or private land.
Additional fees
If any additional fees apply (e.g., permit to use the beach for a marriage ceremony), clients are responsible to obtain the permit and pay the fee. If a special admission fee or parking fee is needed, clients are kindly asked to cover this for themselves and Willow.
Photography
You are welcome to hire a professional photographer if desired. With your consent, Willow is happy to take photographs of your special ceremony. She uses a FujiFilm X 100 VI and/or iPhone and can provide a small selection of unedited photos. While she takes lovely photographs, she is NOT a professional photographer. Couples seeking professional photography services are recommended to hire a professional photographer.
Refund policy
All Willow Harmony services, including Elopement ceremonies, are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Elopement ceremonies may be rescheduled once with at least 30 days’ notice. The rescheduled ceremony must occur within 90 days of the original ceremony date and is subject to mutual availability.
In the event of severe weather, illness, or another emergency, one additional reschedule will be accommodated.
No-Show Policy
Scheduled ceremonies that are not attended are not eligible to be rescheduled or refunded.

Plan Cancellation
Both the client and Willow reserve the right to discontinue services at any time.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
Upon enrollment in subscription plan, a consistent weekly session day and time is scheduled. Sessions may be rescheduled, subject to mutual availability. Sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice and must occur within two weeks (14 days) of the original appointment.
Sessions not attended or rescheduled with appropriate notice are not available for credit or rollover. Sessions do not carry over week-to-week unless properly rescheduled.
Scheduled appointments that are not attended are considered “no-shows” and are not eligible to be rescheduled or refunded. If three consecutive sessions are missed, the plan will be discontinued. Clients are responsible for scheduling and rescheduling their appointments within the acuity scheduling system.
Refund Policy
All services are nonrefundable, but plans can be discontinued at any time.
