Self-Empowerment Reiki Energy Healing
& Transformational Mentorship

To begin, schedule your Initial Self-Empowerment Reiki Energy Healing Session or Initial Transformational Mentorship Session. Following your initial session, you may continue with a weekly subscription plan or schedule individual sessions as needed. Ongoing subscription plans may be used for any combination of Reiki or Mentorship.

Service Availability

Beautiful & Sacred Elopement Ceremonies

The Willow Harmony Elopement and The Willow Harmony Intimate Ceremony are available across New England, within 150 driving miles of Providence, Rhode Island. Travel within this service area is included.

Ceremonies are offered on Saturdays and Sundays, with a morning ceremony at 10:00 AM and an evening ceremony at 5:00 PM.

All other Willow Harmony services, including Self-Empowerment Reiki Energy Healing, and Transformational Mentorship, are provided virtually and are available to clients worldwide.

Schedule

Ceremony Location Selection

Your ceremony may be held at a special location of your choosing across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, or Maine — within 150 driving miles of Providence, Rhode Island.

Your chosen location must be easily accessible, with no hiking or long walks required. As the rose quartz used in your ceremony is very heavy and must be carried to the ceremony space, close and convenient access is essential.

You are encouraged to visit your location in advance to ensure it meets your expectations and to decide exactly where you would like the ceremony to be held. You are responsible for ensuring your chosen ceremony location is open, accessible, and available for your ceremony, including confirming any closures or restrictions prior to your ceremony.

After booking, you may change your ceremony location; however, please confirm the new location with Willow in advance.

Marriage License

You are responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license in the state where your ceremony will be held and bringing it to the ceremony. Willow is responsible for completing and filing the license following your ceremony.

Permits & Additional Fees

You are responsible for determining whether any permits or permissions are required for your chosen ceremony location, obtaining them prior to your ceremony, and covering any associated fees.

If your chosen location requires admission, parking, or other access fees, you are responsible for covering these fees for yourselves and Willow.

Elopement Policies

Photography

You are welcome to hire a professional photographer for your ceremony if desired. With your approval, Willow is happy to capture photographs of your ceremony using her Fujifilm X100VI and/or iPhone and provide the unedited images through Google Drive. Willow takes lovely, high-quality photographs, but she is not a professional photographer.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Elopement ceremony payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your ceremony; however, payments will not be refunded.

Rescheduling

Elopement ceremonies may be rescheduled once with at least 30 days’ notice. The rescheduled ceremony must occur within 90 days of the original ceremony date and is subject to availability. In the event of illness, severe weather, or another emergency, one additional reschedule will be accommodated.

No-Show Policy

Please contact Willow if you are running late. If you have not arrived or contacted Willow within 30 minutes of your scheduled ceremony start time, the ceremony will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible to be rescheduled or refunded.

Willow Cancellation
(Extremely Unlikely)

In the event that Willow is unable to perform your ceremony due to an emergency or circumstances beyond her control, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Reiki & Mentorship Policies

Scheduling

You will schedule and reschedule sessions through Acuity Scheduling, the scheduling system available within the Willow Harmony website. If you are enrolled in a subscription plan, the same day(s) and time(s) will be reserved for your weekly sessions. You may change your recurring session time if needed, based on mutual availability. You may reschedule a session through Acuity Scheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 30 days of the original session.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. If you have not arrived or contacted Willow within 15 minutes, your session will be considered missed.

Missed Sessions

Sessions that are not rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice or are not attended are considered missed sessions and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you miss three consecutive sessions without communication, your subscription will be discontinued.

Planned Time Off

If you or Willow will be unavailable for a scheduled session due to occasional planned time off, you may choose to reschedule or have the session excluded from your subscription billing. Advance notice is appreciated whenever possible.

Subscription Changes

Weekly plans may be increased, decreased, or paused as needs change.

You or Willow may discontinue recurring services at any time without penalty.

Refund Policy

All purchased services are non-refundable. However, if Willow needs to cancel a session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund.

Willow Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Willow must cancel a session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for the affected session.

Technology Issues

If technology issues interfere with your session, we will attempt to reconnect and continue the session.

If we are unable to continue, the session will be rescheduled.

Communication Between Sessions

To ensure every client receives equitable support, collaboration is provided during scheduled sessions. For scheduling needs, you are always welcome to reach out outside of sessions.
